Flip the Switch Hackathon

Turn your solo agent into a teammate

Take an AI agent you already use, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or Antigravity, connect it to Slack, Teams, Discord, and Telegram with Switch, and build a workflow where it gets real work done with your teammates.

November 4–7, 2026 · $10,000 in prizes

How it works

You bring the product. We run the rest.

  1. 01

    Brief

One call to set the goal: which developers you want, what they should build, and what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Creator-driven promotion

Developer creators from our network drive sign-ups and social buzz before and during the event.

  3. 03

    End-to-end execution

Event page, registration, community support, submission review, and winner selection. You focus on the product.

  4. 04

    Results report

Sign-ups, submitted projects, social posts, and recap content, plus every project built on your product.

FAQ

Before you book the call.

Everything from the brief to the winners. We shape the challenge and judging criteria with you, promote the event through our developer creator network, run registration and the community during the event, review submissions, and deliver a results report at the end.
We scope every hackathon on a call, based on format, length, and how much creator promotion you want. The prize pool is separate from our fee and is set by you.
Plan for 4–6 weeks from kickoff call to launch. That gives creators time to build awareness and gives developers time to register before the event starts.
Most of our hackathons run online over a week, which lets developers from every time zone join. We can scope in-person or hybrid formats on request.
It depends on the audience you want to reach. As a reference, the Rote Playoffs ran with $5,000 in prizes, including a separate prize for the best social posts to push reach.
A results report with sign-ups, registrations, submitted projects, social posts, and recap content, plus the list of projects built on your product.
